DELIVERY:

Stock models can ship within 7 -10 days after receipt of payment. When we confirm your order within 24 hours. All orders require a 50% deposit for processing. Swarovski Crystal option is considered as a Custom Order with approximate shipping time of 3-4 weeks. Delivery on Custom built models varies from 6 to 12 weeks, please inquire.

RETURN POLICY

A crystal chandelier is a gift to pass on for many generations.We would like you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and recommend our company to others.

Our 30 day Return Guarantee, gives you ample time to enjoy our product. If for any reason you change your mind we will assist you in re-selection or you can call us for a return authorisation number, repack item in original packing materials and ship freight prepaid,UPS Ground to our warehouse. Once we receive and verify contents in same condition as shipped, we will process your refund within 7-10 days. Some chandeliers may incur a restocking fee.

This policy does not apply for Custom Orders such as Swarovski Crystal Upgrades and Custom Built Chandeliers. Separate policy for these orders will be stated on Custom Contract Sales Order after order is accepted.

Please examine package on receipt. If any major visible damage to box, please notify carrier. Our state of the art Product Packing Materials can withstand most rigorous shipping/handling methods.

PRIVACY POLICY

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates and billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order and will be destroyed upon completion of order.

We ship via carrier(s) of our choice. We generally use the most economical and reliable carrier available for that state/country.

Please call if you need exact weight of model ordered.We use the latest state of the art packing materials however we ask you to please inspect box on delivery for any external damage and note to carrier.
